This Cookie Policy explains how SalaryProof, operated by TC Szabla LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies such as local storage in your browser.
1. Local storage (required)
SalaryProof stores your work hours, payslips, settings and learned payroll profiles in your browser’s local storage so the App works offline and starts quickly. This is essential to how the App functions; clearing this storage will erase your local data.
2. Authentication / session cookies (required)
When you sign in, our authentication provider stores session tokens in your browser so you stay logged in between visits and across reloads. These tokens are removed when you sign out.
3. Language & preferences
We remember your selected language and other UI preferences locally so the App opens in your preferred language on the next visit.
4. Analytics (placeholder)
SalaryProof does not currently load third-party analytics cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this section will describe the provider, the purpose and how to opt out, and we will request consent where required by law.
5. Marketing (placeholder)
SalaryProof does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy and request your consent before activating such cookies.
6. Managing cookies and local storage
You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and remove any data that has not been synced to the cloud. You can also export a backup from Settings → Backup & restore before clearing.
